The AFF (Armenian Floorball Federation) is the armenian transcription FHF "ՖՀՖ" (Floorballi Haykakan Federacia), founded in 2005. The organization aims to develop floorball in Armenia. The AFF's head office is located in Vanadzor. In Armenia has been playing of floorball since 2001 in Yerevan and Vanadzor, there are about the 60 seniors and juniors floorball players in the republic. The federation has joined two clubs and two floorball section of the sportiv school. In December 2008, the 1-st Armenian Championship started, in which four teams participated. In February of the following year, as a result of two play-off matches, the men's team of the hockey club "Gugark" from the Lori Region was proclaimed the first champion of the republic.
